  Here’s a progression from the foundational move to an extreme, performance-ready skill. 1. The Foundation: The Classic Standing Hamstring Stretch This is your starting point. Master this with perfect form before progressing. Execution:  Stand with feet hip-width apart. Hinge at your hips, keeping your back perfectly straight, and fold forward. Let your head hang heavy. You can bend your knees slightly if needed. Goal:  Feel a deep stretch in the hamstrings (back of the thighs). Focus on pulling your hips up to the ceiling.
